“According to a recent Drowned In Sound report, a US radio presenter has accused the Red Hot Chili Peppers of plagiarism, claiming that the band’s “Dani California” single is near identical to Tom Petty’s “Mary Jane’s Last Dance”. You can listen to an MP3 here, that presents the argument.” - Absolutepunk.net
Nowadays anybody can be accused of plagiarism, where do we draw the line?

Kanye West completely annihilated the crowd, I don’t think there was a single person sitting down. Panic! at the Disco was also really good, and Cypress Hill had some interesting things going on.. Matisyahu definately had the best jams, and he busted out some beat boxing…
If you have never seen these artists.. check them out in your nearest city, each one of them brings quite an experience..

Yeah I got 2 free tickets to HFStival and I’m leaving shortly to go to Merriweather.. The band selection this year is pretty weak, but there are still 3 or 4 solid bands that I want to see. So there won’t be any posts from me today, maybe later tonight around 10-11..

I’m going to put up another theme in the next few days, but also have a theme switcher, that allows the user to choose whatever theme they want.. Also.. if that happens, don’t worry about changing the theme everytime you visit, it will be set according to your cookies.
