RIAA is finally doing some ok business, cracking down on retail stores selling pirated cds.
I am all down for people showing each other music, but selling it is not an option.

Apple iPod Settlement
[Update December 22, 2005]
On December 20, 2005, the appeal filed by individual objectors to the Settlement was dismissed and the Settlement is now Final. This means Apple and the Settlement Administrator can move forward with claims administration and claims fulfillment.
This means that all the people that filed in their iPod battery failure claims, will get their reward. As for me, I sent in my settlement form, so it looks like I will be getting a brand spanking new ipod. High five anyone?!

An autopsy report notes that Mitch Hedburg died of a drug overdose.
What a sad way to go, people believed that his death was due to a heart problem, because he was born with a heart defect. Buy his cd if you want to experience real comedy.
